Billie Bettis, Dietary Supervisor
Billie is the Dietary Supervisor at Desert Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care. She has been employed with Desert Gardens since 2005. Billie oversees the wait staff and cooks, as well as the dietary budget. She also makes food orders, menus, and schedules wait staff and cooks. Billie has been in the field of food service since 2008. She began working as a Cafeteria Manager for the Texas ISD school system. Billie says, “I run the kitchen with dedication and love for the residents. For me it is very rewarding.”
