Michael Duda, Administrator
Michael is the Administrator at Desert Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care. Micheal has been employed with Desert Gardens since 2008. Michael is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the community, creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day. He is also responsible for achieving and maintaining rental of the community to capacity, and achieving high resident satisfaction and quality resident care and services. Michael has over a decade of management experience. Michael states, “In my experience at Desert Gardens I have grown as a person and as a care giver to seniors. I spent much of my childhood with my grandparents, where I was taught early on to respect elders who gave so much of themselves and helped guide me through life. It is my honor to give back to all my elders.
