Burt Patterson, Resident Service Coordinator
Burt is the Resident Service Director at Desert Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care. She has been employed at Desert Gardens since 2007. Burt is responsible for overseeing the resident health care service needs, the overall medication delivery system, and in-service training of the resident assistants and medication assistants. She attended the New Mexico Junior College School of Nursing where she attained her LPN in 1989. Burt has been in the field of nursing for twenty-two years. Burt started working her first job with the elderly at the age of fifteen. She has worked as a Nurse in many different environments from nursing homes and hospitals to correctional facilities. Burt enjoys helping people and improving the lives of others however she can. She has a loving spirit and a tender heart.
